​​OBJECT OF THE SERVICE:

The present conditions are intended to regulate the BorderLink service provided by Asterisk 360 E.I.R.L., with RUC 20601185092 and address at Calle Elías Aguirre 180, Miraflores, Lima, Peru. (BorderLink)
BorderLink Cloud Services consist of the deployment of Infrastructure or Software as a service, in order to provide companies with access to the latest technology in Cloud Computing services for Telecommunications.

PURPOSE OF THE SERVICES:

BorderLink Cloud Services are provided on a Cloud Computing infrastructure, also known as cloud computing, which consists of offering infrastructure and software as a service, so that you can access services and make use of very complex systems and infrastructures without the need to have extensive knowledge of resource management, such as the development of systems, servers, networks, communications, security, etc.

The Services provide companies with access to solutions for each business need and are provided through platforms hosted by top cloud providers such as Google, Amazon, or Own, which manage workloads and their growth.

SERVICE SOFTWARE:

All software on the platform or the Services offered have been developed and are the intellectual property of BorderLink.
BorderLink grants a user license that will allow you to use the software as part of the Services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lend any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of such software.

USE OF OUR SERVICES:

You must not use our Services inappropriately, interfere with, or attempt to access such Services using a method other than the user interface or API provided by BorderLink. You may only use the Services to the extent permitted by law.
BorderLink may suspend or cancel the Service if you do not comply with our policies or conditions or if we believe that your conduct may be malicious.
The use of our Services does not make you the owner of any of the intellectual property rights of the same.

USER CONTENT IN OUR SERVICES:

The user is the sole owner of the information contained in his account, and it will be available for the duration of the Service.
Our automated systems will be able to analyze your content to provide you with the relevant functionality, such as pointers, personalized recommendations, detection of malicious behavior and spam. This analysis is performed when content is sent, received, and when it is stored.
 

MODIFICATION OF SERVICES:

BorderLink is constantly changing and improving its Services. For this reason, we may add or remove some functions or features.

PAYMENT FOR USE OF SERVICES:

Invoices for payment of the Services are generated on the first day of the following monthly period and are sent to the email address of the main contact.
This email contains the precise instructions to make the corresponding payment.

DURATION AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICES:

You can stop using the Services at any time.
To terminate your service, you must cancel your account from the control panel of the associated Service or by contacting us via email or phone.

SUSPENSION OF SERVICE:

BorderLink may suspend the Service after the due date for payment of your usage bills.
Accounts with pending payments are automatically suspended after 30 days from the issuance of the payment.
BorderLink will automatically notify you by email every 7 days of the pending payment.
Accounts with pending payments are automatically terminated after 60 days of the payment due and no response from the user.
If we terminate your Service, we will inform you well in advance and allow you to extract your information from the Service.

 

CONDITIONS UPDATE:

We may modify these terms of the Service to reflect changes in the functions of the Service, regulations, or laws. You should review the conditions periodically on our website: www.borderlink.cloud/terms
BorderLink could make changes in the commercial conditions derived from situations outside the scope of BorderLink, such as an exponential increase in the costs of the supplies necessary to carry out the service, natural disasters, wars.
If you do not accept the modified terms of a Service, you should cancel the use of that Service.
In the event of any conflict, the new conditions will prevail in all matters relating to that conflict.
These conditions govern the relationship between BorderLink and you and do not generate any type of rights in favor of third parties.
If you do not meet these conditions, and we do not take immediate action, this does not imply a waiver of any right to initiate action in the future.
